Web Developer Contract contains both a Master Services Agreement and the Initial Statement of Work. A Software Development Agreement between a Software Development Company, Independent Provider, and a Client to develop a Website, App, or Software Project. The Agreement also contains the Initial Statement of Work. (Additional SOWs and Change Orders are also available). In addition to the general terms and conditions under which the parties will operate, it also allows you to define a Scope of Work, the Deliverables, a Timeframe for Deliverables, Fixed or Hourly Fees, and Compensation Rates for work outside of the scope of work.
